Tour Participation Agreement & Waiver of Liability

I, the undersigned, affirm that I am over 18 years of age and have the legal authority to bind myself and any other participants for whom I purchase the tour. By signing below, I agree to the terms of this Tour Participation Agreement and acknowledge that I have read, understand, and accept the Terms and Conditions located at https://www.vermontwayfinders.com/terms-and-conditions.

Given the foregoing, I understand that:

I am Responsible for Myself: Tours can involve walking, driving, and being outdoors in Vermont’s beautiful but unpredictable weather. I know my limits and will be sure to take care of myself in a responsible manner. I understand that Vermont Wayfinders cannot guarantee a completely risk-free experience.

Things Happen: Vermont Wayfinders is not responsible if something unexpected occurs, such as a slip and fall on uneven ground, a surprise rain or snowstorm, or a deer crossing the path of travel. By signing this agreement and participating in the tour, I accept these possibilities and will hold Vermont Wayfinders harmless for any injuries or damage to property that occurs therefrom.

Stay Safe: I agree to follow my guide’s instructions to keep things running smoothly. If I choose not to, Vermont Wayfinders may ask me to leave the tour (but we’d rather you stay and enjoy!) and will not provide a refund. I agree that I will follow all safety instructions and comply with all the laws of the State of Vermont, specifically, wearing my seatbelt when traveling in any vehicle so equipped.

Photos and Memories: I understand that photos or video may be taken during the tour to share how awesome Vermont is. If I prefer not to be in them, I will inform my tour guide. Any unintentional capture of my likeness will not be the grounds to pursue any claim against Vermont Wayfinders.

Health Comes First: If I get hurt or need help during the tour, I agree that although Vermont Wayfinders will do what they can to assist, I am responsible for any medical costs.

Legal Stuff: I have read and agree to all the provisions of the terms and conditions located at https://www.vermontwayfinders.com/terms-and-conditions. Your participation in a tour is subject to those terms.
