Two Peaks Tour

Explore Ascutney and Okemo Mountains — and a whole more!

This private tour will take you up the mountain roads of both Ascutney and Okemo mountains for incredible views and some hiking if you’d like. Along the way we will stop at some breathtaking spots for photo opps and to really take in the beauty of this area.

  • This tour explores multiple towns in and around Ascutney and Okemo Mountains.

  • This incredibly beautiful tour highlights Vermont’s natural beauty and will provide many photo opportunities! The pace is relaxing and fun and while a light hike is highly encouraged at many of the stops, there is plenty to see just by stepping out of the Bronco.

    Note: To make the most of the Okemo stop, there is a 1/3 mile hike to the summit. The path is gravel but can be steep and may not be for everyone.

  • This tour will take 6-7 hours, which includes plenty of time at various stops to explore, snap photos, and take it all in!

  • There is so much to see on this tour, including:

    • Ascutney Mountain Toll Road - a windy drive up the mountain through dense forests and beautiful scenery

    • Peak of Ascutney - including a fire tower, hang-gliding launch and incredible views!

    • Reading’s historical Stone Church & Stone Schoolhouse

    • Okemo Mountain Road - a pretty drive up the mountain

    • Incredible views from Okemo’s summit

    • A beautiful hidden lake you won’t find on any tourist guide

    • Singleton’s Store — a classic Vermont country store

    • Hidden scenic views, perfect for photos!

  • You will definitely want to get out and explore at each stop, so have good walking shoes on and dress in layers -- the weather often changes quite a bit over the course of the day.

  • This tour includes:

    • Private transportation in a built-for-back roads Bronco

    • Designated driver/guide for the duration of the tour

    • Water and snacks

    • Pick-up & drop off at prearranged location

    You will be responsible for purchasing your lunch, beverages, and any souvenirs or other goodies you find and would like to buy along the way.

Pricing starts at $675/tour.

This tour is for up to 4 people (see our FAQs for more info on the size of the Bronco and number of guests) and is generally available May-October.
