Try this first

    Hours, seasonal schedules, road conditions, and business closures can change without much notice. Always confirm current information with the business or attraction before making a long drive.

  • Make sure your phone has an internet connection. Fully close and reopen the app. Check the App Store or Google Play for an available app update.
    If you expect to lose cell service, allow the guide and its content to finish downloading before you leave a connected area. Some external websites, videos, and map functions may still require an internet connection.

  • Make sure your phone is signed in to the same Apple ID or Google Play account used for the original purchase. Then look for Restore Purchases in the app settings or purchase screen. If the guide still does not appear, use the form below and include the guide name and a screenshot or copy of your purchase receipt.

  • Pocket Guides open directions in your phone's map app. Check that location access is enabled and confirm the stop name and address shown in the guide.
    If the link opens the wrong location or the address appears incorrect, please report it below. Include the name of the guide and the stop so I can investigate it.
